AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The website www.artee.ky ("the website") is owned and operated by Story Studio Ltd, trading as "Artee" References to "we", "us", or "our" are references to Story Studio Ltd. We are a company registered in the Cayman Islands. Our registered office is PO BOX 1711. George Town, Grand Cayman. Cayman Islands KY1-1109.

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the usage of this website and purchase of any items from it. Our Privacy Policy applies in addition to these Terms & Conditions. By visiting our website, you agree to our terms. If you disagree with these terms, leave immediately. We may amend these Terms and Conditions with or without notice. Using the website after modifications are made implies you accept them.

REGISTRATION

To buy subscription items from the website, you must first register by completing the online form.  To register, you must be a person and agree to these terms. If you're registering for a company or organization, you must have binding authorization. If you're under 18 and order items from the website, you're responsible for paying for them. You guarantee that all account registration information is truthful and correct. You must keep your account details updated.

 

When signing up, you need to provide:

  • your full name

  • a valid and current email address

  • a valid and current phone number

  • your delivery address

  • your payment card details or Paypal account

  • full name of your child(ren), when applicable

  • date of birth of your child(ren), when applicable

 

All account actions and purchases are your responsibility. If you know or think that someone has accessed your account, or if you become aware of unauthorised usage or a security breach, contact us immediately at hello@artee.ky. We have the right to refuse any discount code or credit and/or recover the money if it's used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or misused.

 

You may choose to receive marketing emails when you register an account. If you opt-in by checking the box, you agree to receive direct marketing offers from us using the registration information.

 

 

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Under these Terms and Conditions, if you order a product or service subscription that automatically renews, you agree to pay the appropriate product or service price and shipping costs, if applicable, upon each automatic renewal date until you cancel your membership.

 

Please note that if your subscription includes a discounted product price during the subscription time, it will automatically renew at the full weekly or monthly price.

 

Our website will not accept your purchase until you get an order confirmation message. You may update and modify your orders at any moment via your account page.

DISCOUNTED OFFERS 

Occasionally, we may provide discounts on certain items or services to both new and current clients.

 

Your items and services will be supplied based on the purchase date, product description, and availability. There is no commitment to continue after the first membership period. To cancel future orders, you must do so before your next billing date, which can be found in your account.

 

Discounts and credits can't be combined unless otherwise indicated. You will be charged the full price of a product or service after your discounted offer. We will continue to bill you via your chosen payment method for the service until you cancel your subscription.

 

 

PAYMENTS

The price of products is as quoted on the website. It includes standard national shipping costs to the Cayman Islands and the USA. For international shipping costs, please refer to each product or service description. Express delivery services are available at an additional cost. All the relevant information and delivery pricing options are available for each product or service on our website.

 

We may modify pricing at any moment. We'll give you 28 days' notice before pricing changes.

 

We take payments by continuous payment authority. If your payment fails for whatever reason, we will notify you by email and retry the payment up to three times. You agree not to hold us accountable for your account's banking fees.

 

In some cases, upon registering, beginning regular deliveries, buying one-off services, or altering card information, a $1 payment may be requested to prevent fraud. Some banks may temporarily record this payment against your account balance.

ORDERS

The prices on our website are shown in USD and include standard delivery costs but exclude express delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due if the option is selected.

 

When making an order, payment must be done via our payment gateway providers. Complete payment will be collected at this time. You will be required to provide your payment information to the third-party payment gateway provider, and you may be asked to agree to additional terms and conditions for the use of that service. To the maximum extent permissible by applicable law, we cannot assume and thus exclude any responsibility resulting from or in connection with your use of such third-party payment providers.

 

Payment is collected before orders are sent, so please verify all information. We are not responsible if an order is delayed due to inaccurate or invalid payment information or if it is delivered to the wrong address.

GIFT CARDS

eGift Cards are subject to our regular Terms & Conditions. On our website, the following terms and conditions also apply to the purchase and redemption of eGift Cards.

 

eGift Cards are neither credit, charge or cheque guarantee cards. eGift Cards purchased through our website will be sent electronically to the specified email address. To activate a purchase, the receiver must redeem the eGift Card by entering the specified gift code. For additional information about how to redeem an eGift Card, please contact us at hello@artee.ky.

 

Our eGift Cards expire twelve months after purchase, at which point they are no longer valid and cannot be used. Our eGift Cards cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, nor can they be combined with other offers.

 

 

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION ORDER

You can cancel your deliveries in the automatically renewing monthly subscription from your Subscription Account page. To cancel a plan through the Members Area:

  1. Log in to the site. 

  2. Click your member profile at the top of the site.

  3. Click My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.

  4. Click the More Actions arrow next to your plan.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription.

  6. Click Yes, Cancel to confirm

 

You cannot cancel your Prepaid Subscription mid-term like the weekly online classes. You can cancel the automatic renewal of the Prepaid Subscription at any time from the Manage Subscriptions page. To cancel a plan through the Members Area:

  1. Log in to the site. 

  2. Click your member profile at the top of the site.

  3. Click My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.

  4. Click the More Actions arrow next to your plan.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription.

  6. Click Yes, Cancel to confirm

 

We reserve the right to cancel or limit your service for any reason. If we suspect you've violated these terms, we may do so. If you violate any of our Terms and Conditions, we may immediately and without notice discontinue your service.

DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

In most cases, proof of delivery is not obtained from the local or international courier companies. You will not hold us responsible for any delays in delivering our services or products. Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on:

  • our stock availability

  • your delivery address

  • when you make your purchase

  • circumstances impacting delivery by the local or international postage service. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification

 

You must report any missing or undelivered services or goods to hello@artee.ky via email within seven days of the date of shipment. We have the right to terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the postal service in your region is unreliable.

 

If you change addresses, you must update your account so items are delivered to the right address. Please do this before you move, since items sent to the incorrect address won't be returned.

 

Since the majority of our services and products are custom-made and personalized, they cannot be returned unless they are defective.

 

If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer service team at hello@artee.ky. We retain the right to request the return of any faulty goods sent, and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed upon, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. 

 

Refund processing will be at our discretion. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original account used to buy the item(s) will get a credit for the full purchase price of any product returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

Happiness guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your first service or product in a weekly or monthly subscription, we will refund your order. Please contact our customer service team at hello@artee.ky within seven days of delivery.

 

 

 

WEBSITE USE

All website material and programming are our property. Without our express permission, you may not duplicate, alter, copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any of the website's contents, software, or content, save as authorized by law and despite any contractual prohibitions. The website may only be used for personal, noncommercial purposes.

 

You agree not to upload, post, email, or otherwise send or transmit any material containing software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, harm, damage, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or equipment linked directly or indirectly with this website. You agree not to interfere with servers or networks linked to this website or our services or to violate network procedures, rules, or regulations.

 

You agree not to impersonate others or use our website for unlawful, immoral, or harmful purposes. You may not use the website to harm our name, reputation, or affiliates.

 

You are entirely responsible for preserving the secrecy of your account and password, for any activity that occurs on your account, and for preventing unauthorized access to your computer. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply.

 

The content of this website is provided for informational purposes only. We strive to maintain the information on the website (other than customer-provided information) current and accurate.
